Holly spent 5 years as a Service Account Manager with Sun Microsystems and successfully supported Fortune 500 customer accounts. Holly worked in partnership with the sales team and the local field service engineers on the tactical management of the accounts. Valued by the customer as a trusted advisor and a reliable focal point for business systems. Accountable for resolving major issues with the customer to ensure 99% equipment uptime. Created and maintained relationships with customers at all levels of the organization, with focus on senior management. Typical annual customer contracts ranged from 30M to 60M. Prior to Sun Microsystems, she worked for Fujitsu as a Project Manager where she managed and implemented a start-up Global Service Call Center help desk in a highly confidential and secured environment; including preparation of facility, staffing, and procedures. She was also instrumental in attaining the new owners (Amdahl) goal of becoming ISO 9001 certified and registered while maintaining ongoing duties of accurately auditing and inventory of spare parts availability.
Holly currently lives in Grand Prairie with her husband. She is originally from El Paso, Texas and volunteers with several local philatropic organizations.
