George is a senior IT management consultant who has led consulting engagements for intermediate to very large IT organizations focusing on improving their overall operational environments. George is a pioneer in the IT management area who led IBM’s development of consulting practices in the areas that are now covered by ITIL. He has functioned as both a Management Consulting Principal and as a line manager (at a Director level) in implementing and managing ITIL processes. He has mentored many consultants in ITIL disciplines. He is a recognized worlld class leader in the areas of IT Capacity Management, Performance Management and IT operational efficiency.
He was presented with a lifetime achievement award by the Computer Measurement Group for his pioneering work in the Capacity and Performance disciplines.
George has a Masters Degree in Operations Research (advanced statistics) and a BS in Math. He lives in Colleyville, TX and enjoys photography, playing softball and golf and hiking.
