Garry has more than 25 years of experience with supply chain and operational projects, large-program design and delivery, and cross-functional team management.
His unique knack for seeing workflows and outcomes from every organizational angle has created efficiencies that have delivered enterprise-wide hard and soft bottom-line results. His contributions have generated millions of dollars in revenue and cost savings in such industries as pharmaceuticals, insurance, manufacturing, banking, healthcare, government and IT services. His proficiency in project lifecycle methodology, including SDLC methodologies, and PMI and ITIL best practices, has solidified his operational effectiveness.
Prior to joining the MirGroup, Garry worked for REXEL USA, Inc., as a trusted advisor on critical ERP projects, including sales and margin analysis, inventory analysis and trending. Through his experience with ITIL standards, he saved $25 million by correcting inefficiencies throughout REXEL’s supply chain. He’s also held project management positions at Hitachi ID Systems, EDS and Sungard Planning Solutions.
Garry holds an Executive MBA from Ohio University. He lives in Frisco, Texas, and enjoys hiking, reading, music and photography and is active in local civic and charity organizations, including the Veterans Chamber of Commerce and the Frisco Texas Public Library Board.
