Brad has more than 25 years of experience in journalism, corporate communications and public relations. He has led Fortune 500 internal communications organizations to advance corporate goals and plans with award-winning internal and external strategies. Brad’s approaches have helped save millions of dollars and raise readers’ awareness of top news well above industry norms.
He has standardized communications portfolios to segment key messages by target audiences and eliminate the need for expensive one-off communications. This approach has protected and enhanced brand identity to ensure a consistent corporate voice, message and style that’s easily replicated throughout an organization.
His contributions also include the creation of bi-weekly leadership newsletters that highlight best practices and ensure unit-level alignment with corporate direction among executives; and a weekly news summary that recaps top corporate stories for a global corporate audience.
Brad also has helped research and write a corporate history commemorating Texas Instruments’ 75th anniversary.
Customers include EDS, TI and Verizon, as well as mid-size regional firms, and his work has won two IABC Gold Quill Awards, a Silver Quill Award and 11 Bronze Quill Awards and a Dallas Press Club Katie Award. He has written for The Dallas Morning News, Fort Worth Star-Telegram and D magazine.
Brad lives in Coppell, Texas, and is active in local youth sports organizations.
